UNDP Pacific office in Fiji invites interested companies to submit  an Expression of Interest (EOI) to be short-listed for the Fiji Access to Justice Assessment under the Fiji Access to Justice.

The objective of the assignment is to analyze collected qualitative and quantitative data on understanding of people’s justice needs and perceptions on access to justice for the purpose of baseline and  to focus support areas under the project. 

UNDP will shortlist companies based information and documents provided inregards to the company’s structure and organization, expertise and experience, financial capability and resources. The detailed Terms of Reference and required deliverables shall be provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document that will be issued to pre-qualified companies in October 2017. The selected company is expected to commence the work from 01 November 2017 and the contract will have a duration of 4-6 months.  Interested companies are advised to read the eligibility criteria (Annex 2) and submit the required documents. The contract is subject to UNDP General Terms and Conditions (Annex 3 ).

Expression of Interest shall be submitted via email to etenderbox.pacific@undp.org by 27th September 2017 (Fiji Time). Any EOI received after the deadline will not be considered. The format of e-submission is PDF files only. The files should not be corrupted and should be free from virus and the maximum file size per transmission (per email) is 5 MB. The subject line of emails must contain procurement reference UNDP/FJI-EOI-01-2017.
