| Overview : UNDP Lebanon launches e-Tendering Background: UNDP Lebanon has launched e-Tendering in September 2017, which effectively means that gradually paper based submissions of bidding documents will be phased out and UNDP Lebanon will use in future the Atlas e-Tendering System. All procurement processes will be conducted using the ATLAS e-Tendering system (https://etendering.partneragencies.org). Through the functionalities offered in the module, bidders can screen the bidding events, participate and submit the offer, and see awarded contract automatically through the ATLAS system. Interested bidders and current vendors of UNDP Lebanon are strongly encouraged to register at the e-Tendering Portal at: https://etendering.partneragencies.org. In future, interested bidders and current vendors of UNDP Lebanon that have not registered on the e-Tendering portal MUST register in order to be able to prepare and submit bids to UNDP Lebanon. How to register? Please note that procurement processes are conducted through the online tendering system of UNDP. Bidders who wish to submit an offer must be registered in the system. If already registered, sign in using your username and password. Use “Forgotten Password” link if you do not remember your password. Do not create a new profile. If you have never registered in the system before, you can register by visiting the link below and follow the instructions provided in the user guide for bidders in the document attached: https://etendering.partneragencies.org Username: event.guest Password: why2change Please note: 1- It is strongly recommended to create your username with two parts, your first name and last name separated by “.”, similar to the one shown above. 2- Once registered you will receive a valid password to the registered email address which you can use for signing in and changing your password. You can participate in the bid event only if you have registered in the system.
