| Overview : The consulting firm will technically responsible for the preparation of individual Revenue Improvement Action Plan (RIAP) of 12 units of LGs of Sunsari district. The firm will provide orientation trainings to elected authorities and municipal officials on importance of Own Source Revenue (OSR) and facilitate municipal officials to prepare their own RIAP. This includes the historical data collection, explore potential source of OSR, policy and legal procedure development and projection of OSR at least for three FYs. The consulting firm will work closely work with municipal authorities and help them to produce their own RIAP. The firm will work directly under the joint supervision of Municipal Division of Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development and UNCDF. |
