Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for the Simplified Economic Appraisal for proposed labour intensive public infrastructure contributing to local economic development.

Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal. 

Your offer comprising of technical proposal and financial proposal, in two separate sealed envelopes, labeled “Confidential Technical Proposal” and “Confidential Financial Proposal” submitted only in the name of “UNDP Lebanon Procurement Unit” for “LEB/CO/RFP/169/17: Simplified Economic Appraisal for proposed labour intensive public infrastructure contributing to local economic development”, should reach the Procurement Unit, UNDP Office in Beirut, and should be registered and given a Reference Number by the Procurement Unit, at the below mentioned address no later than Wednesday, 4 October, 2017, 11:00 a.m. Beirut Local Time.
