| Overview : The Government of Lesotho has committed to implementing the Sustainable Development Goals. At the National level, this implementation involves integration of the agenda into the National Strategic Development Plan (NSDP) and aligning it to the National Budget. Implementation of SDGs will require substantial additional financial resources, coupled with more efficient and effective use of the available resources. Lesotho will need to make effective use of its domestic resources and other official and private flows and explore alternative innovative ways of financing. In this regard, UNDP is looking for a consultant to undertake a preliminary mapping of available resources for SDG implementation to support financing for the achievement of the Agenda 2030 in Lesotho.This study will serve as a starting point in mapping the financial resources currently available from various sources such as the public finance, sovereign debt, ODA, FDI, private finance and others, for SDGs implementation in the country.
