THANK YOU UNDP seesk one international consultant and two national consultants to design a qualitative survey to inform the realization of Livable HCMC vision. Objective: Design survey to collect information/data on (a) experience, perception, opinions and assessment of citizens and businesses in the city on the effectiveness/performance of public administration and provision of public services, and (b) people's perceptions and assessment of “happiness”, as a source of information to (i) measure and track progress in achieving the relevant indicators in the "livable city" vision in general and (ii) as the basis for proposing effective solutions to improve the city's public administration and service delivery in particular. The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
