| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified National Consultant to support the promotion of EM’s role in income generation and poverty reduction toward sustainable local development (Ref. 1-170904). The objective of this assignment are to: - To facilitate the discussion with national and local partners and identify solutions in order to help the indebted EM women in addressing their difficulties.
- To identify and document 2-3 good practices in innovative financial inclusion, base on desk review and in-depth interview of some cases (if needed).
- To develop a concept paper, including situation analysis and policy recommendations for further discussion with relevant policy makers.
The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
