| Overview : Maintenance of the UN House building is the function of the Common Services Unit of the UN which identified a need to appoint a suitable service provider/s who will be engaged in a service level agreement with the UN. Service provider will be expected to conduct an inspection of the general condition of the building to allow a pro-active and preventative maintenance of the building and or equipment in the areas identified. |
