The consultant will also provide support in the identification of appropriate indicators, baselines, targets and sources of verification related to strengthening the policy, legal and regulatory framework to include in the project Strategic Results Framework. The consultant will further ensure identification of baseline initiatives and related co-financing opportunities for the project and in raising awareness among key conservation stakeholders on the project and its objectives and strategy. |
