United Nations Volunteers, which is administered by United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereinafter referred to as "UNV", hereby invites qualified companies to submit a Proposal to this Request for Proposal for 83707_PHP_Development Support. The purpose of the present bidding is to conclude a Long Term Agreement (LTA) for 12 months, extendable to 36 months, subject to satisfactory services. Summary UNV is looking for qualified companies for two different line of service to UNV: Incident and Problem Management Change Requests / Enhancements
For Incident and Problem Management, the objective is that the vendor supports UNV ICTS in level 2 and level 3 incident handling for the VMAM platform, with a service level objective of 12 hours response time in a 24 hours / 7 days per week mode for category 1 cases (as per ITIL/ISO 20000). For Change Requests, the vendor will be assigned well defined work packages for new features or applications. The number of hours to be spent on Change Request as well as the timeline for delivery will be agreed on between UNV and the vendor before any work commences.
