Whereas the specifics of the recovery needs in Barbuda and Dominica will be detailed following the Post Disaster Needs Assessment (PDNA), there is a clear and urgent desire for a return to the islands by the residents, requiring rehabilitation of the physical structures including homes, schools and public/community structures and restoration of basic services. In this context. The purpose of this consultancy is to hire a professional who can support UNDP in its recovery efforts. |
