UNCDF/ MM4P is looking for a firm or a consortium with demonstrated experience in the design and management of incubators/ accelerators or innovation hubs targeting digital start-ups, fintechs and young entrepreneurs. The scope of this technical assistance services aims at: - Define and develop the strategy and methodological framework for driving digital innovation
- Define and develop the methodology, approach, ready to deploy tool-box and processes to set-up hubs and the challenges within.
- Support UNCDF and its partners to set-up and pilot the challenges in three countries:(i) Nepal, (ii) Uganda and (iii) Tanzania through hub and non-hub mode.
