| Overview : UNDP on behalf of UN Agencies in the UN Building requires to engage a Consultant to assess and make necessary recommendations on the cooling, heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) in the UN Building in Botswana. The UN Building has a total number of 82 indoor units within its 5 floors and each floor has a centralized system (the units are connected as masters and slaves) and 10 outdoor units except for the ground floor which are split units. The service consultant shall perform an assessment of the current system which has problematic areas and make recommendations of improvements thereof. The successful bidder shall be contracted for this purpose and also to supervise the company that will be engaged to undertake the recommendations of the consultancy upon approval of UNDP. |
