| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks Two National Consultants on Reviewing and Accessing the Law on Biodiversity and Draft Law on Fisheries, Daft Law on Forest Protection and Development, and Proposing Harmonized Regulations amongst these Laws and their guidelines (draft Decree): 1 National Consultant - Team Leader 1 National Consultant – Biodiversity/wetland Consultant The objective of the assignment is to develop the Report on Reviewing and Accessing the Law on Biodiversity and Draft Law on Fisheries, Draft Law on Forest Protection and Development, and Proposing Harmonized Regulations amongst these Laws and their Decree guidelines, which shall be delivered to stakeholders for their consideration during the appraisal process. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
