Priorities will be given to applications from: non-governmental organizations; local associations; and other civil society institutions carrying out activities that promote volunteerism and safer community activities in close cooperation with the referral mechanism. Proposals must be developed in line with the activities described in the Call for Proposal Background Analysis of the guideline for application –sections 3, 4 and 5.
Organizations will have to provide strong evidence such as relevant and professional experience in community safety related projects in order to become eligible to compete for the grant.
