The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, through E-Tendering online system and by the deadline indicated in https://etendering.partneragencies.org https://etendering.partneragencies.org

You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button no later than Thursday, 26 October 2017, COB, 26 October 2017, COB. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.

     The bidders are requested to attend the physical site visit for having complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on 1st November 2017 between 9:30 a.m. till 11:30a.m. Focal Person: Eng. Ayoub Hamad Mobile: 07504537933 (Mobile).

Bidder manual is attached with instruction how to get registered and submit the bid. Bidders who are already registered should not register again and use their login ID and password to access the tender.
