| Overview : UNDP is now seeking for a national institution to design and deliver a 3-day training course on business plan development, human resource management, production management and financial management (capability to mobilize resources, investment risks) for EM groups in Dak Nong province. The objective of the assignment is to strengthen the capacity of EM groups in DakGlong district, Dak Nong province for promotion of their role in income generation toward sustainable local development, and effectively contributing to poverty reduction (based on their own community strength). The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
