Dear Bidders,

The purpose of this addendum is to amend the following Clause of the ITB for subject mentioned project as following:

• Section 2 – Data Sheet – Deadline of Bid Submission (C.21.1 and D.24): As specified in the system (note that time zone indicated in the eTendering system is New York Time zone).

All other clauses and conditions shall remain unchanged.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, through eTendering online system and by the deadline indicated in https://etendering.partneragencies.org

You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button no later than 22 November 2017.  If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records    

If you have received this ITB through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires notifying UNDP accordingly.  

Should you require any clarification, kindly communicate with the contact person identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB.
