| Overview : The objective of this Invitation to Bid is to establish non-exclusive Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) with multiple Suppliers[1] for the procurement of the required ARV formulations and presentations as outlined in Section 3 as required regularly during the term of the LTA. It will be a provision of such LTA(s), that UNDP will not be committed to purchase any minimum quantity of these products. UNDP shall not be liable for any cost if no purchases are made under any resulting LTAs. LTA(s) will be established for an initial period of 24 months with a possible extension for an additional 12 months, subject to performance review.
