Dear Bidders,

This is to clarify that the “Battery Charger” for Item No. 5 “110V Battery, Battery Charger and 110VDC Distribution board” of Technical Compliance Sheet shall be read as follwing, as stated in the BOQ:

“Station DC System, the charger should be 230V, 1 phase, 2-wire, 50 Hz supply with supply voltage variation of plus and minus 10%”

All other clauses and conditions shall remain unchanged.

Please be guided accordingly.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, through eTendering online system and by the deadline indicated in https://etendering.partneragencies.org

You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button no later than 10 December 2017.  If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records    

If you have received this ITB through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires notifying UNDP accordingly.
