Overview : UNDP financial rules and regulations require the Country Office to ensure that for every project it has implemented of which the expenditure during a financial year amount to hundred thousand dollars ($ 600,000.00) an audit is conducted by qualified audit firm in respect of that particular financial year. Therefore, contained here below is a list of projects that fall within this requirement of which UNDP would like to engage the services of an audit firm in order to conduct the audit for the following projects which the focus is the audit of UNDP financial statements, which are referred to as Combined Delivery Reports (CDR), Statements of Financial Position and Statement of Assets UNDP is therefore looking for experienced audit firm(s) to enter into a Long Term Agreement (LTA) with UNDP South Africa for the provision of Audit services to NIM projects. The LTA will be for an initial period of one (1) year and may be extended for an additional two years upon satisfactory performance by the audit firm. |
