We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Technical Assistance to UNDP on Developing the Vaccines Stock Management Application Software for Piloting Project in Indonesia as detailed in Annex 4 of this RFP.  When preparing your proposal, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2.
