| Overview : UNDP Lebanon launches e-Tendering Training Invitation UNDP Lebanon has launched e-Tendering in September 2017, which effectively means that gradually paper based submissions of bidding documents will be phased out and UNDP Lebanon will use in future the Atlas e-Tendering System. All procurement processes will be conducted using the ATLAS e-Tendering system (https://etendering.partneragencies.org). If you have never registered in the system before, you can register by visiting the link below and follow the instructions provided in the user guide for bidders in the document attached: https://etendering.partneragencies.org Username: event.guest Password: why2change Please note: - It is strongly recommended to create your username with two parts, your first name and last name separated by “.”, similar to the one shown above.
- Once registered you will receive a valid password to the registered email address which you can use for signing in and changing your password. You can participate in the bid event only if you have registered in the system.
- It has been observed, that depending on the browser you use and the internet available internet capacity, the registration process may take some time. It is highly recommended to avail sufficient time for registration of your company in the ATLAS-system.
The Procurement Unit provides support and training every Thursday from 3:00 to 4:30 pm at its offices located at UNDP, 3rd Floor Arab African International Bank Bldg. Riad El-Solh St., Nejmeh, Beirut 20115211, Lebanon Interested bidders who need assistance in registering in the ATLAS e-Tendering system and have questions about e-Tendering, are invited to contact the UNDP Lebanon Procurement Unit at lb.bidding@undp.org. Maximum 10 suppliers can participate in each training and interested bidders are requested to contact the UNDP Lebanon Procurement Unit each Monday to register for the trainings provided on Thursday.
