| Overview : Dear Sir / Madam: The United Nations Capital Development Fund (UNCDF) invites you to submit your Proposal to this Request for Proposal (RFP) to provide Technical Assistance to the District Local Governments of Abim, Amudat, Adjumani and Moyo to carry out rehabilitation of District and Community access roads in line with the detailed terms of reference for the assignment.
