Dear Sir / Madam: We kindly request you to submit your quotation for Hammam Al Alil 3 Roundabouts Parks Rehabilitation, as detailed in Annex 1 of this RFQ. When preparing your quotation, please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2. The bidders are advised to conduct the physical site visit for a complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on 21 January 2017 between 10:00 a.m. until 01.00 p.m. (Iraq Time). RFQ Submission Deadline: 2:00 PM (Iraq Local Time), Monday, January 29, 2018 Documents uploaded in the system as part of your quotation must be free from any form of virus or corrupted contents, or the quotations shall be rejected. It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the e-Tendering system. ** Bidders site visit report mentioning UNDP's response to Bidders questions during the site visit has been uploaded along with this notice as well as in the e-tendering module.
