| Overview : The purpose of this procurement exercise is to contract an individual consultant who provide analytical, research, administrative and communications support to sub-output 2.1 of UNDP’s Global Programme on Development Solutions for the Prevention of Violent Extremism. The consultant will also: 1. To develop a PVE Plan of Action Capacity Needs Assessment Handbook; 2. To coordinate and support to three needs assessment missions for formulation of PVE Plans of Action. 3.
