| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 01 qualified firm to provide Help desk service for Green One UN House (Ref. 2-180103). The selected service company will provide: - Daily service desk service for approximately 300 staff at GOUNH compound through their on-site engineers.
- Number of on-site engineers: regular requirement is 4 persons. However, the number of engineers may vary upon requirement from CSU from time to time.
- The working time is 8 hours/ day starting from 7:30 am until 6:30 pm diving by shifts, 5 days a week from Monday to Friday. The working day will be the UN Viet Nam working days.
The selection will be based on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
