Dear Sir / Madam:

We kindly request you to submit your quotation regarding - Renovation of Qayarra Health Sector- Ninawa Governate, Iraq as detailed in Annex 1 (BOQ) of this RFQ. 

The bidders are advised to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on :

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation is submitted on or before the deadline indicated by UNDP in the e-Tendering system.
