| Overview : The Office of Audit and Investigations (OAI), United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Proposal to assist and support OAI in enhancing its current data analytics system by: making data analytics more repeatable and sustainable (e.g., data discovery, analyzing, visualization, reporting) expanding scope and coverage of existing data analytics system maximize the automation of the data extraction, manipulation and visualization processes
You are kindly requested to submit an acknowledgment letter to UNDP via electronic submission (email) to the following address: United Nations Development Programme Email: oai.bids@undp.org Subject title: “RFP/UNDP/OAI – Data Analytics System” The letter should be received by UNDP no later than March 12, 2018. The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Proposal. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records. Proposals must be received by UNDP no later than March 19, 2018 at 3:30 PM New York time and must be submitted via electronic submission (email) to the address below: United Nations Development Programme Email: oai.bids@undp.org Subject title: “RFP/UNDP/OAI – Data Analytics System” Your Proposal must be expressed in the English language and valid for a minimum period of 120 days. Your offer must be submitted in two {2} separate .pdf format files: a. Technical Proposal and Cover Letter Form b. Financial Proposal (should be password-protected). We will request the password if your proposal is deemed technically compliant. Any submission of the financial proposal that is not password-protected will be disqualified. Also any submission of the financial proposal together with the password will be disqualified. If you have received this RFP through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires your written notification to UNDP of such transfer and the name of the company to whom the invitation was forwarded.
