| Overview : United Nations Development Program in Burundi would like to introduce call accounting to their current PABX. This is to enable UNDP monitor and control telephony expenditure. Telephony costs particularly for outgoing calls are costly hence the need to tame money used to be within budget. Therefore, the purpose is to come with a solution that will offer call accounting and billing for all users, units and entire organization as well as phone lock solution. |
