Overview :

The Procurement Team of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites local general contractors for the project “Various Civil Works Packages for Regions II and III.”


The contractor is expected to build/construct the following public infrastructure under the following Contract Packages:

1)       Package R3-2  :

a)       Improvement of one (1) unit Multi-Purpose Building in Barangay Poblacion, Crisis Intervention at         Municipal Compound of Norzagaray, Bulacan

b)       Construction of two (2) units Day Care Center in Baragays Balagras BMA and Talacasan, both in San Rafael, Bulacan

2)       Package R3-4  :

a)       Construction of Two (2) Units Day Care Center in Barangays de la Paz and Calangain both in Lubao, Pampanga

3)       Package R2-4  -  Construction of 1 unit Evacuation Center at Barangay Centro, Amulung, Cagayan

4)       Package R2-5  -  Construction of 1 unit Refilling Station at Barangay Poblacion 1, Piat, Cagayan

5)       Package R2-6  -  Construction of 1 unit Food Processing Production at Centro Sur, Sto. Nino, Cagayan

The abovementioned Bid Documents will be released to all interested participants starting 14 March to 28 March,  2018.   The Bid Documents shall contain all instructions on the rules, procedures, dates and other schedules for the pre-bid conference and opening of bid envelopes, as well as further details on the scope of services required.


UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the UNDP, for and in behalf of the project.  UNDP assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
