The purpose of this addendum is to amend the following Clause of the ITB for subject mentioned project as following:

• Section 7 – Price Schedule Form – Item No. 1-b, 1-d and 1-e hav ebeen updated. Updated BOQ is attached dseperately.

All other clauses and conditions shall remain unchanged.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

This ITB includes the following documents:

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, through eTendering online system and by the deadline indicated in the event posted on  https://etendering.partneragencies.org

You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button no later than 31 March 2018.  If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records    

If you have received this ITB through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires notifying UNDP accordingly.  

The bidders are encouraged to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of Work. The site visit will be organized on 25 March 2018, 10:00 till 14:00.
