| Overview : REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL BIH/RFP/018/18 Since 2014, United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Bosnia and Herzegovina is implementing Green Economic Development Project (GED). During the past four years, a significant contribution in promotion of energy efficiency in BiH has been made through public promotional campaign. Change of perception within general public has been noticed. Based on this experience and obvious results UNDP continues to promote and work on energy efficiency. "Catalyzing Environmental Finance for Low-carbon Urban Development" Project aims to leverage investment for transformational shift towards low-carbon urban development by promoting safer, cleaner, healthier cities and reducing urban GHG emissions in the country.
