| Overview : INVITATION TO BID Procurement of Remotely Operated Vehicle The Procurement Team of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites suppliers to bid for the procurement of a remotely operated vehicle, under SMARTSeas PH Project. The SMARTSeas PH Project and Coastal and Marine Ecosystem Management Program (CMEMP), a flagship program of the DENR is in need of a Remotely Operated Vehicle Package to examine, document, inventory and assess the marine resources of the Philippines at depths beyond the safety of diving on SCUBA. For interested parties, Bid Documents (Eligibility Requirements, Instructions to Bidders and Terms of Reference) may be secured upon payment of a non-refundable amount of US$ 20.00 or its peso equivalent of PhP 1,043.82, for the entire set of documents from the following address: The Procurement Unit United Nations Development Programme Rooms 740-745, 7th floor, Regus, The Ascott Ayala Center, Makati City Tel. The abovementioned Bidding Documents shall be released to all interested participants from 19 March – 03 April 2018 only. The Bidding Documents shall contain all instructions on the rules, procedures, dates and other schedules for the pre-bid conference and opening of bid envelopes. UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the UNDP, for and in behalf of the project.
