| Overview : The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan (UNDP) in the frames of Project “Preparation Grant (PPG) for UNDP-GEF Full-sized Project “HCFC “Phase-out in Kazakhstan through Promotion of zero ODS low GWP Energy Efficient Technologies” is announcing a position for International Consultant on low-GWP energy efficient production foam technologies. For detailed information on the position, please refer to the attached Procurement Notice and Terms of Reference. Place of work: home-based, with 1 mission to Kazakhstan (Astana). All the applications (max size 10 MB) including: - Signed UNDP P11 form and/or detailed CV (up to 10 pages);
- Duly accomplished Letter of Confirmation of Interest and Availability using the template provided by UNDP;
- Financial Proposal that indicates the all-inclusive fixed total contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs, as per template provided. If an Offeror is employed by an organization/company/institution, and he/she expects his/her employer to charge a management fee in the process of releasing him/her to UNDP under Reimbursable Loan Agreement (RLA), the Offeror must indicate at this point, and ensure that all such costs are duly incorporated in the financial proposal submitted to UNDP
