| Overview : REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Contracting of Services for the Technical and Operational Support to the Joint Normalization Committee of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (JNC-MILF) The Procurement Team of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites service providers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the “Technical and Operational Support to the Joint Normalization Committee of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (JNC-MILF)” The service provider is expected to provide assistance as follows: (1) facilitate the day-to-day operations of JNC-MILF through the provision of appropriate administrative support; and, (2) aid the technical operations of JNC-MILF through the engagement of technical support staff and funding for its various activities. A Local Service Provider (LSP) will be engaged for this project.
