Contracting of Services for the Technical and Operational Support to the Joint Normalization Committee of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (JNC-MILF)

 

The Procurement Team of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) invites service providers to apply for eligibility and to bid for the “Technical and Operational Support to the Joint Normalization Committee of the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (JNC-MILF)”

 

The service provider is expected to provide assistance as follows: (1) facilitate the day-to-day operations of JNC-MILF through the provision of appropriate administrative support; and, (2) aid the technical operations of JNC-MILF through the engagement of technical support staff and funding for its various activities. A Local Service Provider (LSP) will be engaged for this project.

The abovementioned Bidding Documents shall be released to all interested participants from March 26 to April 2, 2018 only.  The Bidding Documents shall contain all instructions on the rules, procedures, dates and other schedules for the pre-bid conference and opening of bid envelopes.

 

UNDP reserves the right to reject any or all the bids, waive any defect or informality therein, accept the bid and award the contract to the most advantageous offer to the UNDP, for and in behalf of the project.  UNDP assumes no responsibility to compensate or indemnify the bidder for any expense or loss that may be incurred for the preparation of bids, nor does it guarantee that an award will be made.
