The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, through eTendering online system and by the deadline indicated in the event posted on  https://etendering.partneragencies.org

You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button no later than 5 April, 2018.  If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records    

        The bidders are encouraged to conduct the physical site visit for complete understanding of Scope of requirements prior sending the formal bid to UNDP. The site visit will be conducted on Monday, 2nd April 2018 between 10:00Hours - 13:00Hours.
