| Overview : Title: Selection of Organization for preparation of a Feasibility Study for Middle Hernád Valley
Required qualifications:
Offeror should provide in the offer following team of experts having minimum 5 years experience in the given working field:
· Bidder must have a team of experts each having five years of relevant working experience (add CVs). If experts are not directly employed by the organization/company, the exclusivity statements should be attached to demonstrate the availability of the persons during the period of the contract.
· Good knowledge in English of at least one expert is a must
Eligibility criteria for offerors:
· At least three years of business or operation as a registered (legal) entity
· At least 3 years of experience in preparation of feasibility studies for EU projects
· At least two projects (study, research or other activity) in the North Hungarian Region
· At least 3 references (testimonials from clients, recommendation letters, etc.) proving relevant experience (min. 3 years) in tourism, economic development and cross-border development cooperation
Submission of quotations:
Quotations should be elaborated in English and should consist of:
Ø Bidder’s data according to the following structure
o Name and residence of the applicant,
o Legal form,
o Year of the foundation of the company/organization
o List of experts intended to be involved – total, consultants, analysts, etc.
o Revenue in mil. USD in 2006, 2007, 2008 (exchange rate 188 HUF/USD).
Ø Key experts’ profiles, including CVs
Ø List of relevant projects managed and implemented during the last 3 years
Ø List of EU applications/ projects managed
Ø Price schedule – prepared as per the template included in the Annex I
Deadlines:
The deadline for submitting of quotations, which should contain all required information is November 9, 2009, 17:00 CET
