| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 03 qualified National consultants on Results-based Budgeting including: National Consultant 1 / Team Leader – Legal-Financial Expert (40 working days) National Consultant 2 – Results-based Budgeting Expert (40 working days) National Consultant 3 – PA/Biodiversity Expert (40 working days) The key objective of the consultancy is to provide technical support for preparing a design plan to adopt legal guidance on results-based budgeting (formulation, negotiation, and approval) in Protected Areas of Viet Nam. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
