| Overview : UNDP Vietnam seeks 02 qualified national consultants to provide information technology services in operationalizing Viet Nam’s Safeguards Information System (SIS) (Ref. 1-180402). The objective of this assignment is assignment is to assist VNFOREST-VRO, in particular the Department of Information Development (DID), to (i) Refine the design of the SIS v1.0, building on the draft Technical Proposal for the Development of a SIS in Viet Nam prepared by VNFOREST-VRO; and (ii) Develop and operationalize SIS v1.0, through integration of the database with FORMIS, an existing platform of forest data. The selection will be on a competitive basis and will comply with UNDP procurement regulations.
