| Overview : UNDP rolled out PeopleSoft ERP in January 2004 and went live in more than 160 offices spread over 140 countries. UNDP has implemented over 23 PeopleSoft modules covering Finance, HR, CRM, and Portal applications and EPM.
UNDP is seeking to retain the services of a Specialist, Production Performance Reporting. The incumbent will work to collect and analyze the corporate applications performance data through usage of various monitoring tools. The incumbent will provide support for tools used for functional, regression, performance and stress testing of Enterprise applications. By working closely with appropriate units within UNDP, Application Service Provider, Internet Service Provider and end users, the incumbent will assist in the remediation of critical issues affecting enterprise wide performance or availability.
