United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking an institution or consultancy firm with an appropriately experienced team in both research and evaluation. Potential international Offerors MUST demonstrate their capacity to carry out the full range of activities in North Sudan (including Darfur,
Eastern Sudan
and the Three Protocol Areas). Any successful Offeror, which is not based in , MUST propose a consortium arrangement with a Sudanese partner. Sudanese Offerors may complement their team by involving international expertise.
UNDP invites sealed proposal submissions from the submitters, who shall by the adequacy of their proposal Submission; demonstrate that their institute is responsible, fully experienced and competent in similar type of services.
The Expression of Interest must be received by UNDP at the below address, no later than 25 November 2009, 10:00 hours (local time) with all required documentation.
This EOI does not entail any commitment on the part of UNDP, either financial or otherwise. UNDP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EOI without incurring any obligation to inform the affected applicant/s of the grounds. It should be noted that UNDP is under no obligation to invite companies who express their interest for the subsequent solicitation exercise. The Service Provider will be selected according to the procedures set forth in the UNDP Procurement Guidelines.
UNDP will give consideration only to those Proposals Submissions that are fully compliant with the Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) as published and accessible through the UNDP Sudan Website: http://intra.sd.undp.org/bids
