| Overview : Dear Sir/Madam: We kindly request you to submit your Quotation for UNDP NY HQ for the services of HVAC Units Maintenance. The Contractor is expected to provide regular maintenance service for 15 air conditioning units. It is expected that the planned preventive maintenance (PPM) will be conducted on a quarterly basis whereby the Contractor will need to conduct a thorough and comprehensive inspection of each unit to confirm they are operating at optimal capacity. As part of the PPM, the successful vendor will be expected to submit a detailed maintenance schedule for each unit. - Contractor will conduct cleaning, replacement and testing of all indoor and outdoor mechanical components (as listed annex1) and check electric controls within each air conditioning unit, all in accordance with respective manufacturers’ recommendations, and in compliance with current American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASARE) standards and guidelines.
- Replacement parts and methods will be energy efficient and in compliance with current ASHARE and Department of Energy standards of energy efficiency.
- Upon request, Contractor will provide emergency maintenance and repairs (EMR) to the system in case it fails to operate. Contractor will be expected to provide 24-hr call-out/rapid-response maintenance, with response-time not to exceed 4 hours.
- Contractor must be able to work on weekends and outside office hours.
