Project Title:      National Consultant Expert for the Development of a Web-enabled Registration and Performance Monitoring System for Legal Aid Providers

Duty Station:     Dar es Salaam/Dodoma

Period of assignment/services: 40 working days

 

Eligibility:           Qualified and Experienced Consultants are invited to submit their proposals

 

Purpose of the assignment:

This project evaluation will be conducted in fulfilment of UNDP regulations and rules guiding project evaluations. The evaluation shall inquire into the relevance, efficiency, effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of the programme and further consolidate lessons learned and best practices derived from the implementation. The evaluation shall be carried out in accordance with UNDP programme evaluation principles, norms, and standards. The National Consultants shall carry out the assignment under the supervision of UNDP Country Director. The evaluation shall serve as an important accountability function, develop a web-based web-based Legal Aid Providers Registration & Performance Monitoring System; Develop both back-end and front-end of the web-based platform in a user-friendly platform; Review the system to identify bugs and systems error and take appropriate measure to fix or correct them; Develop a user’s manual and conduct training for the Systems Administrator web-based Legal Aid Providers Registration & Performance Monitoring System for the sustainable use and effective maintenance of the system and Develop system and data backup procedures and recovery
