Overview : The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Mongolia office announces the procurement notice for assignment of NATIONAL CONSULTANT – TRANSLATOR for “Towards a Professional and Citizen-Centered Civil Service in Mongolia” project. If you meet the qualifications of the announced vacancy, please submit the following documents by the deadline 30 April 2018 11:00a.m. local time (GMT + 9). Qualifications of the successful candidate Education: · Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, social sciences, public administration and other related fields; Experience: · A minimum of 5 years of experience in translating materials related to governance, public service, human resource management, capacity development or related fields; · Good computer skills; · Good interpersonal communications skills, · Commitment to meet deadlines; B. Recommended Presentation of Offer The following documents should be requested: a) Letter of Confirmation of Interest to conduct the assignment (downloadable from UNDP Mongolia website); b) P11 application form, indicating all experience from similar projects c) At least three (3) professional references; d) Brief description of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment, and a proposed work plan and methodology on how they will approach and complete the assignment. e) Financial Proposal that indicates the all-inclusive fixed total contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs in Mongolian tugriks. Note: - Incomplete and late applications will be excluded from further consideration.
