Your quotation should be submitted through e-Tendering online system and by the deadline of Wednesday, 2nd May 2018 12:30 PM PST OR 3:30 AM EDT indicated in https://etendering.partneragencies.org You are kindly requested to indicate whether your company intends to submit a Proposal by clicking on “Accept Invitation” button no later than Wednesday April, 25th April 2018 [12:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time OR 3:30 AM EDT. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records. For uploading the quotations and relevant documents, E-tendering Manual for bidders has been uploaded for guidance to upload the documents. Videos of registration in e-tendering system and e-tendering user guide have also been uploaded on RFQ advertisement link on UNDP’s website. Any requests for clarification about the contents of RFQ shall be sent via fax (+51-2600254 & 55) or to the email address at pakistan.procurement.info@undp.org. Answers to questions/inquiries will be forwarded to all the bidders. While UNDP would endeavor to provide response/clarification expeditiously, any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date.
