The proposal should not be more than 4 pages (A4 size).
Please describe the following in the proposal:
- The proposed approach in undertaking the study and analysis,
- The methodology;
- The road-map of how you will undertake this study; and
- An idea of how the final product will look like, keeping in mind the targeted audience (useful to the reader).
Please note that the final selection will be based on the following:
- Understanding of the issues and concepts
- Innovative ideas
- Clear grasp of how the assignment will be implemented
- Writing style and presentation
Lastly, you are required to propose your lump sum daily fee in the
paper.
The contract will be awarded to the the lowest priced technically
qualified Bidder.
