SUBJECT: Request for Proposal for provision of Spatial Development Strategic Frameworks “City-region Plans” Lot 1 - Spatial Development Strategic Frameworks “City-region Plans” for Jerusalem and Ramallah and Al-Bireh Governorates Lot 2 - Spatial Development Strategic Framework “City-region Plan” for Hebron Governorate Reference No. Lot 1 - RFP-PAL-45414 & Lot 2 - RFP-PAL-45415 On behalf of the United Nations Human Settlements Programme / Special Human Settlements Programme for the Palestinian People (UN-Habitat/SHSPPP), the United Nations Development Programme/Programme of Assistance to the Palestinian People (UNDP/PAPP) requests proposals from eligible consulting firms/entities to prepare city-region Plans, generously financed by the European Union and under the guidance of the Ministry of Local Government.
