Overview :

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Mongolia office announces the procurement notice for assignment of NATIONAL CONSULTANT to develop a regulation for selecting a representative of civil servants to the Civil Service Council.

Project title: “Towards a Professional and Citizen-Centered Civil Service in Mongolia” project.

If you meet the qualifications of the announced vacancy, please submit the following documents by the deadline 8 May 2018 11:00a.m. local time (GMT + 9).

When submitting your application, it can be made in electronic submission to bids.mn@undp.org:

A.       Qualifications of the successful candidate

ü  Master's degree or higher in administrative law, public administration, public policy, or other relevant fields;

ü  Minimum of 5 years of work experience with a government organization;

ü  Proven experience in legislative drafting and other similar assignments;

ü  Good report writing skills;

ü  Excellent Mongolian and good working knowledge of English;

B.       Recommended Presentation of Offer

The following documents should be requested:

a)       Letter of Confirmation of Interest to conduct the assignment;

b)       P11 application form, indicating all experience from similar projects, as well as the contact details (email and telephone number) of the Candidate and at least three (3) professional references;

c)       Brief description of why the individual considers him/herself as the most suitable for the assignment, and a proposed work plan and methodology on how they will approach and complete the assignment. 

d)       Financial Proposal that indicates the daily fee and all-inclusive fixed total contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs in MNT.
