Mainstreaming Biodiversity into the Management of the Coastal Zone in the Republic of Mauritius​ - Project ID 00090446​

ITBMUS2018-001-DatabaseApplication Server​

The Department for Continental Shelf, Maritime Zones Administration & Exploration (CSMZAE) hereinafter referred to as the Purchaser, is envisaging to procure a Database/Application server which will be located at the 2nd Floor, Belmont House, Intendance Street, Port Louis.

In this context, the CSMZAE intends to acquire Database Application Server

The scope of the tender covers the supply, installation and commissioning of the above computer equipment at the

CSMZAE,
2nd Floor,
Belmont House,
Port Louis. 

The above equipment will have to be connected to the existing LAN. Data points are available and no cabling work is required.

Bidders should quote for the delivery, installation and commissioning of the equipment.

Any other hardware item, software item and/or alternative configurations necessary for the proper functioning of the proposed system must be quoted by the bidders.

The quotations submitted should be broken down into:

1. Items (brochures should accompany bids);
2. Cost of each item;
3. Conditions of warranty and maintenance for the next five years;
4. Delivery time and schedule;
5. Cost of training.

Bidders are strongly advised to submit all information requested, otherwise their bids may be rejected.

SITE VISIT
Bidders are strongly advised to effect site visit prior to submission of their proposals and indicate in their proposal their recommendation on site preparation.
